ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Energy Performance Certificate £100.00 Inclusive of vat

(An EPC is an asset rating that tells you how energy efficient a building is and its impact on the environment.)

(It is a legal requirement to have an EPC for potential tenants before you market your property for rent )

Gas Safety Certificate £100.00 Inclusive of vat

(This certificate shows that gas appliances have had an annual gas safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer. (Landlords must also maintain gas appliances annually)

Inventory/Schedule of Condition:- Prices From £65.00 Inclusive of vat 

(varies according to size of property and property contents)

End of Year Tax Statement £60.00 Inclusive of vat

Obtaining Estimates and supervision of major works – 10% plus VAT of cost of works over £500.00.
