All charges include Vat at the prevailing rate of 20%, but are subject to change should the Vat rate change. We reserve the right to amend our fees if we give you reasonable prior notice.
£500.00 will be requested up front as a sign of your commitment. Once received, the property will be withdrawn from the register. The amount will be deducted from your first month’s payment of rent before the move in date. Please be aware that if you make an offer and later withdraw from this you will lose the above fee.
ADMINISTRATION AND REFERENCING FEE:
For Individual Applications £275.00. For Couples £425.00. For Sharers £275.00 Per Person (inclusive of vat)
CHANGE OF TENANT OR ADDITIONAL TENANT:
£120.00 (inclusive of vat) administration fee for a new tenancy agreement. £60.00 (inclusive of vat) for each new or additional tenant.
If a Guarantor is required an additional fee of £60 Inclusive of vat will be applicable.
£150.00 (inclusive of vat) will be charged to cover our administration charges.

A deposit will be taken before move-in at the equivalent of 6 weeks rent. This may change depending on the Landlords circumstances or if pets are added to the tenancy.
If for any reason you request your Landlord to agree to ending the tenancy earlier than the end date set out in the tenancy agreement, the Landlord will ask you to reimburse them for any financial loss they suffer as a result. This includes the equivalent of the letting fee already paid by your landlord to us from the date you wish to end the tenancy until the date you could contractually end the tenancy on a daily basis.
